Strategic Partner Sales Manager, Google Workspace (English)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in sales, business development, channel sales, or partner management in the enterprise software industry.
  • 6 years of experience in partner sales or channel sales within the tech industry.
  • Experience working in the South East Asia (SEA) or Asia Pacific (APAC) region.
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently to collaborate with partners and engage with customers.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), Service Providers (SPs), and System Integrators (SIs), with an understanding of the cloud landscape.
  • Ability to grow within varrious teams and navigate evolving environments effectively.
  • Ability to establish influential, trust-based connections with executive leadership and key stakeholders at both partners and within Google.
  • Ability to achieve goal in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate in Thai or Bahasa fluently in order to support customers in the Southeast Asia market.
  • Interest in the rapidly advancing AI sector.

The seamless integration of Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise creates a single, intelligent ecosystem. Google Workspace serves as the secure, AI-supercharged cloud-native foundation and real-time context for personal productivity and front-end action. Gemini Enterprise acts as the orchestration layer and secure workbench for building and running custom agents, automating complex, cross-system workflows (e.g., connecting to Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and other company datastores).

In this role, you will drive expansion of Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise across South East Asia (SEA). You will lead growth through a strategic partner network, leveraging agentic workplace transformation to cultivate new business and expansion pipelines by collaborating with priority partners and internal stakeholders to maintain operational excellence in forecasting and goal achievement, fostering high-level relationships with executive partner stakeholders to align on growth strategies, and working alongside cloud sales community to advance and secure business opportunities leveraging targeted market programs.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with partners to create substantial sales pipelines and provide precise revenue forecasts. Meet and surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for both new and expansion revenue, while monitoring key metrics like pipeline velocity, hygiene and conversion rates to manage risk.
  • Implement Agentic Workplace Transformation (AWT) sales play across SEA region to generate demand. Lead partner enablement through co-pitching and demonstrations alongside customer engineers to ensure clients receive premier technical solutions.
  • Build strong internal and external alliances with partner managers, Google Workspace specialists, field sales, creating joint account plans and navigate sophisticated agreements.
  • Oversee partner business performance and facilitate weekly, quarterly reviews with Google leadership. Serve as primary advocate to ensure partner requirements are effectively communicated and addressed within Google.
