Global Equity Analyst, Stock Administration and Compliance

About the job

In this role, you will lead and execute various stock equity related operational and compliance programs, including any related special projects. You will also manage the team’s equity related systems and integrations, including automation and AI related efforts to streamline all of our processes using approved tools and programs at Google. You will partner with other functions such as Corporate Engineering on all system integrations related projects and tasks, People Operations on global mobility and employee experience, and Finance for internal and external reporting, including employment tax, accounting and payroll). You will also provide analysis relating to the stock equity program and drive innovative changes in our program by finding best practices and developments in laws whilst partnering with other functions in ensuring ongoing compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage various stock equity administration and compliance programs that support company policies and global compliance including vendor management.
  • Help employees to navigate the complexities relating to the stock equity program using various communications, training programs and resources and engage in cross-functional engagement with internal stakeholders to understand the issues affecting employees relating to the stock equity program.
  • Provide a positive employee experience by proactively answering employee queries and managing communications as needed.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and needs in equity compliance and operational processes and programs.
  • Review post mortem issues, identify next steps for improvement and follow-up with teams as needed.
