Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cybersecurity, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in operations, strategy, planning, and program management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience managing vendor operations across multiple geographies.
- Experience in leading projects in a changing global setup and ability to learn and thrive in ambiguity.
- Experience in managing data quality processes with the ability to identify efficiency and quality improvement opportunities.
- Ability to influence without direct authority, drive change at all levels within an organization, and build strong working relationships.
About the job
Trust & Safety team members are tasked with identifying and taking on the biggest problems that challenge the safety and integrity of our products. They use technical know-how, excellent problem-solving skills, user insights, and proactive communication to protect users and our partners from abuse across Google products like Search, Maps, Gmail, and Google Ads. On this team, you're a big-picture thinker and strategic team-player with a passion for doing what’s right. You work globally and cross-functionally with Google engineers and product managers to identify and fight abuse and fraud cases at Google speed - with urgency. As a Vendor Management Generalist, you will execute tasks related to vendor selection, onboarding, performance reviews, and progress evaluations for specific projects under the guidance of a manager. You will leverage your foundational understanding of vendor management to independently solve defined problems using standard tools and resources. Your focus will be on delivering results that contribute to the team's and organization's strategic goals. Beyond core responsibilities, you will contribute to the Google community through citizenship initiatives, such as recruiting or volunteering, to help sustain and improve our culture and operations

Responsibilities
- Manage content moderation operations and
service level agreements (SLA) by defining metrics, monitor performance, and ensure high-quality delivery in alignment with business requirements. - Lead multi-stakeholder projects under tight deadlines, manage requirements, timelines, budgets, and risks.
- Optimize business processes through workflow visualization and incremental enhancements to resolve bottlenecks.
- Influence stakeholders through trusted relationships and data-driven recommendations to drive organizational value.
