Manager, Regional Product and Sales Activation, Measurement Lead Gen

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in advertising, sales, sales strategy, or a related field.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, influencing stakeholders and navigating objections.
  • Experience leading, managing, and coaching a team to meet and exceed goals.
  • Experience in advertising, marketing technology, management consulting, product management, or sales strategy.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience developing and deploying business strategy and integrated go-to-market plans.
  • Experience selling or managing media/advertising solutions for clients or agencies.
  • Experience with data-driven marketing, performance reporting, and interpreting complex metrics to drive decision-making.
  • Ability to not only understand measurement solutions but coach team members on complex implementation and optimization (e.g., GA4, Lift Studies, First-Party Data).

The Google Customer Solutions (GCS) team is the trusted advisor to the small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) that are the backbone of our communities. Our Product and Sales Activation (PSA) team acts as the critical link between these businesses and Google's complex product solutions, ensuring our sellers can deliver on customer needs at scale.

As the Manager for the Measurement LeadGen EMEA PSA team, you will own the product activation strategy for the largest and most dynamic business in GCS globally—a division that accounted for 40% of GCS's business growth in 2024. You will lead a team of 10 product specialists to drive the adoption of Google's foundational and advanced measurement solutions for our mid-market Lead Generation advertisers in the US.

In this role, your deep understanding of measurement, business strategy, and the digital advertising landscape will directly influence sales leadership, go-to-market strategy, and our ability to solve complex product challenges for our customers.Google Customer Solutions (GCS) sales teams are trusted advisors and competitive sellers who maintain a relentless focus on customer success by bringing the best Google has to offer to small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), which are the backbone of our communities. Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a regional team of product specialists, fostering excellence in customer engagement, C-level problem-solving, and cross-functional partnership.
  • Manage key relationships with sales leadership, global product teams, and strategy partners to address product feedback and drive infrastructure improvements.
  • Develop and execute the product activation strategy for all measurement solutions for US mid-market Lead Generation/Commerce customers.
  • Influence sales executives and managers across the EMEA to achieve quarterly product adoption goals.
