Country Process Owner, Googler Experience (English, Portuguese)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in a customer or client-facing role supporting HR/People processes and policies.
  • 5 years of experience with operational initiatives.
  • Experience in local legal and regulatory requirements for local HR practices and standards.
  • Ability to communicate in Portuguese and English fluently to support client management in the region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in Digital Transformation/HR Digitalization.
  • Experience in human resources, people programs, or other people related roles.
  • Experience in leading multiple priority projects in parallel and program managing projects.
  • Experience with a data committed approach to selection making data analysis.
  • Experience with Google sheets and AppsScript.
  • Ability to work in an ambiguous environment and collaborate across multiple areas.

As a Country Process Owner, you will serve as a process designer for our hire-to-retire portfolio of activities and projects. You will be responsible for designing process and program improvements to address local business needs, design and plan the rollout of service changes, coordinate local vendors and work to develop and maintain resource documentation, including process mapping, training materials and management.

In this role, you will use exceptional problem solving, change management and process design skills. You will also take thoughtful risks, iterate quickly, and be ready to work side-by-side with an team of Googlers driving alignment across different functions.

Responsibilities

  • Design and optimize Brazil-specific processes to address business needs, improve efficiency, and reduce known risks.
  • Design and execute operationally compliant processes that mitigates HR Compliance risks at a country level.
  • Optimize existing processes to enable operational efficiency and scalability that delivers extraordinary experiences for Googlers.
  • Manage initiatives that deliver end-to-end HR processes.
  • Provide comprehensive documentation, data analysis, reporting, and presentation to align cross-functional stakeholders.
