Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience with software development in C++, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree in an industry setting.
- 4 years of experience with Machine Learning Infrastructure (e.g., GPU, cloud TPU), or deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX), algorithms and tools (e.g., Kubeflow, Ray.io, MLflow).
- 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
- 3 years of experience in industry or academic research.
- Experience leading, partnering and influencing cross-functionally or among peers.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical fields.
- Experience with privacy principles and relative technologies (sensitive data handling, user data protection, privacy by design, gap analysis, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), anonymization).
- Experience developing or training models using machine learning technologies (e.g. Tensorflow, Keras, PyTorch).
- Experience developing accessible technologies.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $166,000-$244,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Research, design and productionize new ways to train audience models while protecting individual user’s data privacy. Drive infrastructure platform development as well as pilot model developments.
- Assist machine learning (ML) engineers in selecting appropriate training and serving solutions based on project requirements, performance benchmarks, and resource constraints.
- Provide access to the latest model training frameworks like TensorFlow 2.x, PyTorch Lightning, and JAX.
- Implement solutions in one or more specialized ML areas, utilize ML infrastructure, and contribute to model and data processing.
- Ensure integration of models into existing systems, addressing compatibility and interoperability challenges.
