Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, media, or working with advertising agencies.
- Experience working against a sales quota or revenue target.
- Experience working in the video advertising industry, and with video upfronts.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience maintaining relationships with agency/video advertising stakeholders.
- Understanding of the digital and traditional marketing ecosystem, strategies, and tactics.
- Ability to leverage business acumen to strategically assess and help solve client needs.
- Ability to thrive in a cross-functional, collaborative sales environment.

Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $138,000-$200,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Lead upfront pitches for assigned accounts within holding companies/operating companies (pitch preparation and delivery; meetings with top agency account teams; agreement; deal delivery).
- Structure/negotiate/manage team’s video incentive agreements across a varying range of advertisers (i.e. adherence to global policies/exception handling processes; value add approvals; agreement tracking).
- Hit in quarter sales targets through in-quarter scatter plays and close collaboration with internal and external account teams.
- Build relationships with agency investment teams to drive successful share shifts in both the upfront and scatter market.
- Scale individual team efforts into a uniform team approach (i.e. cross-team best practice sharing; standardizing agreement-related sales materials, etc.).
