Vice President, K&IP, Global Partnerships

Minimum qualifications:

  • 15 years of experience in leading commercial and product based teams in a partnership-lead technology environment.
  • Experience managing and driving product partnerships in highly regulated markets in EMEA.
  • Experience in a globally scaled Product, Partnerships, and Engineering environment, and experience collaborating with Product and Engineering leaders.
  • Experience in overseeing a team distributed across 10+ offices while also working with global cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience negotiating business agreements with technology partners in EMEA.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Deep knowledge of and passion for multiple product areas within Google’s Search, Gemini, Geo, Ads, Commerce, Research and Core products; deep regional EMEA expertise.
  • Ability to inspire and develop both tenured and earlier-career workforce, attract and retain critical talent, delegate effectively, invest in creating a diverse and inclusive culture, manage performance effectively, and develop strong talent.

As the Vice President of Knowledge and Information Partnerships (K&IP) EMEA, you will lead the partnership teams responsible for enabling Google’s Search, Gemini, Geo, Ads, Commerce, Research and Core products in Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Our team provides meaningful solutions — from helping publishers and developers grow their businesses through monetization solutions, to helping our long-term partners anticipate and navigate change in a way that delivers economic and reputational value. We build and distribute products through partnerships across a multitude of product areas, including Ads, Search & Assistant, Geo, Platforms & Ecosystems, Devices & Services, Health, Retail, Payments, Next Billion Users, and more. We collaborate across Google, ensuring a coordinated approach when engaging with our most complex and strategic partners.

Responsibilities

  • Define Google’s partnership strategy to build, distribute, and enable Google’s Search, Gemini, Geo, Ads, Commerce, Research and Core products in EMEA, aligning with Product and global Business Development leads.
  • Oversee and in some instances act as lead negotiator for our most sensitive partnerships in the region, driving consensus internally and escalating as needed to Google leadership.
  • Lead a high performing team distributed across the region to execute against our company's goals. Secure and allocate the resources to ensure K&IP is able to deliver on product goals in EMEA.
  • Partner with and provide expertise to VP and SVP cross-functional leadership at Google including: regional leadership, Product, Engineering, PR/Communications, Marketing, and Legal.
  • Represent Google (in collaboration with other Google teams) at select external events including industry forums, partner conferences or events, and Google hosted external events.
