Brand and Video Measurement Lead, Canada LCS

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, or media (e.g., search, social, mobile, display, and video media).
  • 5 years of experience creating and presenting customer-facing materials (e.g., pitches, narratives, or one-sheets) for sales teams.
  • 5 years of experience in consumer and market Insights, media measurement, and privacy landscape.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in media effectiveness measurement (e.g., incrementality, MMM, multi-touch attribution).
  • Experience with Video measurement, including digital and linear TV.
  • Experience leading scaled cross-functional programs, from defining the problem statement through to activation and driving outcomes.
  • Experience with brand measurement and partnerships with the knowledge of third-party digital measurement solutions landscapes.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, delivering results in a dynamic, matrixed environment, and continually adapting to evolving business needs.
  • Ability to communicate with both business and technical stakeholders with excellent investigative skills, including quantitative fluency.

The Canadian Data, Measurement and Analytics (DM&A) team drives growth for Canada’s Large Customer Sales (LCS) business through elite data and analytics.

As a Measurement Lead (ML), you will lead the measurement strategy for the LCS business within a specific domain. This role specializes in Brand and Video measurement (upper and mid-funnel outcomes), joining a specialized team focused on areas like marketing mix modeling (MMM), attribution, and incrementality experiments.

In this role, you will develop innovative measurement strategies to drive growth, implement scaled programs to increase product adoption, and lead complex client projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including media sales, analytics, and gTech services. You will focus on long-term strategy while gaining exposure across multiple industries.

The Canada base salary range for this full-time position is CAD 156,000-160,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth by developing robust innovative measurement strategies and best practices to improve advertiser confidence in media Return on Investment (ROI).
  • Build and lead scaled programs to drive measurement solution adoption, working closely with cross-functional teams to define priorities, operationalize, and implement.
  • Work with third-party measurement partnerships and manage operational expenditure budgets to accelerate customer outcomes. Provide expert guidance to clients on complex measurement projects, and partner with gTech and sales teams to develop customer roadmaps and solutions.
  • Influence product development via feedback addressing advertiser needs and industry trends. Establish a feedback loop with Global Product and GTM teams.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the ads measurement landscape, including industry challenges, emerging use-cases and performer solutions to inform team strategy.
