Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience working with digital advertising in a client-facing role (e.g., sales, advertising agencies, account management).
- Experience using the sales life cycle to generate business.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationships in the region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience using thought leadership to apply data-driven models that have had a tangible impact on marketing operations across international markets.
- Experience building a program ground up and operating in ambiguity.
- Experience working with international markets, or managing relationships with multinational clients.
- Experience building an international business, including developing and executing international expansion plans and working in multiple countries and cultures.
- Excellent investigative, communication and presentation skills, with a technical product aptitude.

Responsibilities
- Support the innovative development of the program and accelerate revenue goals by collaborating with Europe, the Middle East, and Africa Large Customer Sales (EMEA) Agency leadership to educate and enable agencies to leverage Google insights, technology, and solutions including artificial intelligence (AI) to scale and expand.
- Work closely with agency leadership and export sponsors to identify opportunities at scale. Help shape seller activation initiatives to drive capabilities and pipeline, and uplevel the export narrative in the region as needed.
- Bring your expertise in marketing campaigns and effective sales and storytelling techniques to a considerable learning environment.
- Build investigative skills, program and project management skills, and insights-driven solutioning.
- Deliver executive stakeholder presentations and engagement at market-level events and the broader export strategy of EMEA.
