The Google Cloud Consulting (GCC) organization within Google Cloud delivers Professional Services (PSO)/consulting, Technical Account Management, Customer Success and learning services to our customers to help them get the most out of their Google Cloud investments.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $234,000-$326,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Build, scale, and manage a high-performing contract management team responsible for the contract-to-book lifecycle, leading the team through organizational growth and transformations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact to directly negotiate complex business and commercial terms with enterprise customers.
  • Lead the structuring of complex professional services and product agreements, ensuring terms align with company targets and risk tolerance.
  • Partner seamlessly with internal stakeholders, including consulting delivery, legal, pricing, and executive leadership, to drive agreement alignment and execution.
  • Develop, implement, and lead scalable contract management practices and standard operating procedures to improve efficiency and agreement velocity.
