Agency and Partner Account Manager, Northern Europe LCS

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of mobile, apps and digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently, to manage client relationships in the region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience as an account manager.
  • Focused, proactive with an ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with proven examples of driving sustained incremental revenue.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Thrive in ambiguity and working outside of their comfort zone.

Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Northern European agencies to work towards mutually beneficial objectives, support delivery of strategic initiatives in line with the partners business plan.
  • Support agency and partner capability building by providing regular training and support to accelerate the partners digital transformation and AI maturity with Google Media and Tech solutions. 
  • Help the partner to navigate Google and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a seamless partnership and improve customer experience, while understanding what drives the partners ' business and provide strategic advice around growth.
  • Be a trusted advisor and build relationships in-person, over the phone, and via video conference. Work collaboratively with account teams to support customer growth and activate media revenue and accelerate product adoption through agency partners. 
  • Work to activate the full value of Google partnership, helping agencies achieve targets and access partner funding programs.
