Global Process Owner Specialist, People Experience (Portuguese, English)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management, or managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience in benefits programs and relevant process (and system) design for program implementation.
  • Experience managing projects with multiple players with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to communicate in Portuguese and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Systems experience of Darwin or Workday.
  • Ability for effective client management and influencing skills.
  • Strong track record developing and maintaining reliable process documentation.
  • Strong process design skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support the service roadmap and oversee service delivery in line with objectives.
  • Design benefit process and program improvements to address business needs, improve efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Design and plan the rollout of service changes.
  • Develop subject matter expertise on the program, policy, or process aligned to the benefits service area and manage policy/process escalations.
  • Work closely with Googler Experience Operations to develop and maintain resource documentation including process mapping, training materials, and knowledge management.
  • Support the GPO lead to maintain service delivery commitments and share user insights back to clients and partners.
