Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Operational Management, or equivalent practical experience
- 15 years of experience in one of the following: Operations Management, Business Analysis and Administration, Portfolio Planning, Forecasting, Risk Alignment, Infrastructure Demand Capacity
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA, Master's degree, or other advanced degree
- Experience in technical program management, with emphasis on quantitative analysis decision support
- Experience in financial modeling, infrastructure or real estate asset classes, or portfolio management

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $253,000-$363,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive portfolio planning framework that encompasses all aspects of ELS's infrastructure and power supply projects, including forecasting product types needed to optimally fill the powered assets portfolio, demand management to effectively utilize the resources within ELS’ powered assets portfolio, and financial planning.
- Develop and maintain portfolio ledger dashboards and reports to track progress and support data-driven decision-making.
- Conduct scenario planning and what-if analysis to assess the impact of different factors on the portfolio.
- Contribute to the development of long-term supply strategies and provide portfolio analytics to inform long-term plans or roadmaps that ensure ELS provides a dynamic future infrastructure portfolio to meet its demand capacity needs.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify and assess potential risks across the portfolio.
