Senior Account Executive, Mobility and Entertainment (Portuguese, English)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 11 years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, media, or working with advertising agencies.
  • Experience presenting to and influencing executive leadership on recommendations and decisions.
  • Experience developing and executing business strategies based on market and engaged analysis.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English and Portuguese to engage with clients in the region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in media tactics, negotiation, and performance-based digital advertising conversations to maximize campaign results.
  • Experience in strategic relationship management, with an ability to build, maintain, and navigate critical C-level relationships.
  • Track record of effective conflict resolution and strong influencing skills for navigating difficult conversations.
  • Ability to construct and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs).
  • Ability to demonstrate leadership, organizational, and teamwork skills with a successful history of managing large, cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to adapt at tailoring communication styles to resonate with audiences, ensuring clear and impactful messaging.

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and customers. Your main goal is to help them achieve their business objectives through Google's solutions by managing relationships including C-level influence, ensuring deliveries, and building strategic plans that foster their digital transformation.

In this role, you will support the automotive industry, playing a key role in meeting the OEMs sales goals, developing sophisticated measurement strategies, and improving knowledge of their users to help them understand the consumer journey through a Google lens. It is crucial to have influence among leadership and be seen as a thought leader. At Google, you will be the person who knows the most about our clients businesses, challenges, and opportunities. You will be their leadership's go-to person at Google.

Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Engage and influence key decision-makers, including C-suite executives, building trusted relationships to understand their core business challenges and strategic priorities.
  • Lead the development of joint business plans, aligning with customers on ambitious goals and establishing shared accountability to unlock transformative growth opportunities.
  • Design and pitch powerful, data-driven Google solutions tailored to customer needs, leveraging in-depth knowledge of Google’s advertising offerings and compelling storytelling, while effectively navigating objections to secure investment and exceed business sales goals.
  • Demonstrate Google's value by measuring campaign results against customer objectives and participant's offerings, and sharing data-driven insights that shape customer strategies and reinforce the partnership.
  • Own the customer's growth trajectory by proactively identifying and cultivating a pipeline of new opportunities, leveraging insights and success to expand the partnership.
