Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, related Technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience taking technical ideas from conception to launch.
- 3 years of experience in Product Management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience leading teams with diverse backgrounds in a technical division.
- Experience with experimentation, analysis, and measurement.
- Experience in a Business-to-Business enterprise software environment or procure-to-pay or lead-to-cash software ecosystem.
- Experience working with UX design with a passion for building high-quality user experiences.
- Ability to define to product strategy and product vision based on diverse inputs including customer needs, research, data and industry trends.

Responsibilities
- Leverage data analysis, including PLX expertise, to guide product strategy.
- Align product development with business goals, prioritizing high-value initiatives.
- Balance product quality with time-to-market, overseeing life-cycle management.
- Drive cross-functional alignment to execute the product vision.
- Advocate user needs, translating insights into product improvements.
