Minimum qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, business development, business operations or account management.
- 1 years of recruiting experience at an agency or in-house recruiting team.
- Ability to communicate in Japanese fluently to engage with Japanese speaking applicants and stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Ability to handle customer relationship management, provide strong customer consultative skills and work in a large-team environment.
- Excellent communication and people skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships.
- Track record of problem solving and delivering significant impact as an individual contributor.

The Google Cloud GTM Recruiting team is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Recruiter to join the team. In this role, you’ll be a key player in identifying and attracting top talent to Google Cloud. You will directly support the growth and success of our Cloud Customers business, enabling them to continue leading innovation in their respective product areas.
As a Recruiter, you’ll be responsible for proactively engaging and hiring exceptional applicants for a variety of GTM roles, including Cloud Sales, Client Solutions, Technical Solutions, and other job families. You’ll collaborate closely with sourcers and hiring managers to understand the specific needs of each role and develop targeted hiring strategies to deliver for the business.

Responsibilities
- Recruit and hire top Cloud Go-To-Market talent and achieve quarterly hiring goals.
- Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every applicant from application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, driving the interview process and offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations and closing of candidates.
- Source active and passive applicants through employee referrals, networking, internal databases, contact lists and research.
- Discuss complex offers to close applicants by leveraging and partnering with senior management, and other groups as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with the interview team to ensure preparedness during the interview process. Share and exchange information with all levels of management.
