Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in technical program management.
- Experience building reports to track/report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Experience analyzing product or technical plans and identifying success metrics, risks, and dependencies.
- Experience in SQL and quantitative analysis.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin fluently to manage local clients.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience with technical subjects and emerging technologies in cloud computing or related technical fields, and their relevance to the marketplace.
- Experience in demand and capacity planning, and supply chain management.
- Experience in operating in a changing environment and changing priorities and deadlines.
- Experience in IT systems/IT automation.
- Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Provide requested capacity in a timely, transparent manner with assurance of capacity.
- Direct engagement with customers during quarterly business reviews or on site capacity support for major events as a capacity specialist.
- Manage customer capacity escalations, triage requests through to complete, drive action through cross-functional coordination between product, engineering, supply planning, and other involved stakeholders to provide updates to executive leadership and expedited resolution to business teams.
- Define and improve processes, metrics, tools and automation to effectively meet customer needs, while reducing inefficiency in our fleet and toil for all stakeholders
- Develop programs across cross-functional stakeholders and executives across business, product, engineering, and supply chain.
