Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, Ecommerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries.
- Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across
all levels of management. - Experience managing contracts or partnerships.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in mobile original equipment manufacturing (OEM), mobile carrier, or mobile devices data and synthesize it into meaningful and coherent stories.
- Proficiency with Tableau, spreadsheet software, Salesforce, Google Workspace or similar tools.
- Ability to create executive readouts, including storylining and presentations.
- Excellent business judgment, problem-solving, project management, and analytical skills.
About the job
The Device and Services Business organization was formed with the purpose of bringing the best of Google’s software and hardware to our users by bringing to market and distributing a Google-branded hardware portfolio. The team is responsible for managing all partnerships with all third-party channels (carriers, retailers, energy providers and resellers) as well as go-to-market strategy and execution for our direct-to-consumer first-party channel, Google Store.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $91,000-$131,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Analyze and determine key insights from key business drivers, competitive environment, trends and operating metrics.
- Work cross-functionally to develop business forecasts, and lead business cadence of annual, quarterly, and weekly planning and decision making.
- Work cross-functionally to leverage data and insights to influence go-to-market strategy, promotional plans, supply decisions, and channel operations.
