- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in partnerships, consulting, strategy, product, or related field.
- Experience operating in a matrixed organization and building trusted, productive relationships internally and externally.
- Experience developing thought leadership in their industry or functional area of excellence.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience across at least one of the following industries (e.g., Travel, Transport, Logistics).
- Experience in managing and delivering strategy projects (e.g., strategic plan, new product launch) from inception to deployment.
- Ability to cultivate close working relationships with key leaders internally and externally.
- Ability to manage ambiguity, to solve complex problems, and to scale solutions effectively across a large and highly distributed organization.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, reflecting a nuanced approach to audiences.
- Excellent written, verbal communication, influencing, and project/program management skills.

Within Global Partnerships, the Top Partner team is comprised of deep industry experts who engage with external partners and internal Business Developement and Product teams to provide dedicated “One Google” support to Top Partners, incubate transformative/innovative ideas, understanding both partners’ and Google’s strategic priorities, and rallying cross-functional teams towards new opportunities and cross product area agreements, accelerate agreements and lead strategic initiatives, including industry strategy alignment, AI Innovation Labs, and key industry initiatives/programs and engage with ecosystems and bring the best of Google to solve increasingly complex partnership and industry challenges.
As a Top Partner Manager and trusted thought partner to our leaders, you will shape how Google partners with our most strategic partners across industries. With your unique purview across all Google/Alphabet products and services, you will design a long-term strategy to drive business growth and product priorities for Google while solving for your partners' greatest business challenges. You will work cross-functionally internally and externally to provide valued counsel to executives, land and execute actionable recommendations, and lead new business opportunities/partnership workstreams.Responsibilities
- Lead the cross-Google partnerships with top partners and pursuits, including developing/managing relationships with key stakeholders at the partners (up to the CEO) as well as internally.
- Develop a clear strategy to align Google against the partners’ most pressing strategic objectives and to drive commercial growth and product priorities for Google.
- Lead Cross-Product Area executive engagement, including preparing briefings for Google execs, setting clear objectives, and ensuring alignment and activation across Google.
- Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise to grow Google’s business in Travel, Transport, Logistics, including developing POVs and Cross-Product Area playbooks on critical topics (i.e., GenAI, Policy Advocacy) and advising leaders.
- Own cross-Google operations for your book of business, including OKR reporting, briefing documents, leadership updates, etc. Be the internal point of contact for all Google teams engaging with the partner.
