About the job

Whether you're on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.

As a Senior Partner Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of Google Cloud’s enterprise growth and leverage Global Systems Integrators (GSI) partnerships as the catalyst for our hyper-growth in this segment. We are entering the "Agentic Era" of AI—a fundamental shift where businesses move from basic automation to autonomous, AI-driven operations, and you will lead Google Cloud’s AI leadership by collaborating closely with GSIs and strategic advisory firms to develop and execute impactful, market-making co-marketing programs.

Your focus will be on engaging enterprise decision-makers across various lines of business and industries, empowering our GSI partners to guide the region's largest enterprises through their most complex transformations. By bridging the gap between Google's technology and our partners' strategic industry offerings, you will create joint value propositions that resonate with C-level executives and demonstrate the transformative power of Google's solutions.

You will navigate complex, cross-functional environments to drive alignment and build scalable GTM campaigns. You will accelerate pipeline and business growth across the Japan and Asia-Pacific (JAPAC) market.

Responsibilities

  • Own the goal and strategy for GSI Partner Marketing and drive comprehensive co-marketing engagements with top GSI and advisory partners in JAPAC.
  • Drive integrated campaigns with GSIs enterprise decision-makers across key Lines of Business (LOB) and industries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Partner Sales, Regional Marketing, and Global Partner Marketing to align objectives.
  • Manage partner marketing budgets, track campaign performance, and optimize for pipeline generation and return on investment (ROI).
  • Create compelling joint messaging and thought leadership content with GSIs that highlights the combined value of Google and partner solutions.
