Strategy and Operations Associate, Global Business Applied AI

About the job

The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.

Responsibilities

  • Own strategic initiatives to resolve systemic operational friction and unify support solutions across internal sales tools.
  • Resolve strategically across business incentives programs and internal systems to develop and implement the business support models.
  • Analyze support data and drive operational excellence by identifying opportunities for process and workflow optimization, agent efficiency, and simplification of business support pathways.
  • Build collaborative cross-functional stakeholder relationships to deliver support strategies and insights that drive improvements in sales tooling and operational workflows.
