Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP).
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with the US Public Sector and/or IT infrastructure, cloud and digital transformations.
- Experience in knowledge management, including training and related technologies within the US Public Sector.
- Ability to work with C-suite and executive leaders, with excellent influencing and communication skills.
- Ability to work in dynamic and fast-paced environments, with excellent problem-solving skills.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Cultivate a deep understanding of business processes and needs across GPS teams and departments, manage the intake and assessment of new requests, and translate these needs into technology priorities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create business requirements and processes to improve both business and technology outcomes.
- Drive gap analysis and business requirement gathering and submission for addressing GPS’s systems needs.
- Partner closely with Cloud’s internal tooling team and business leads to assist in the development and deployment of systems, tools and process optimizations.
- Oversee rollout planning, launches, and change management necessary to enable successful deployment and adoption of large-scale technology projects.
