Business Systems Analyst, SAP Security

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience with SAP Security applications like S/4, BW, MDG,, FICO, Fiori, MM, GRC, BODS, BOBJ, PI/PO, EWM and Solution Manager.
  • Experience in SAP GRC Ruleset and its usage for Security Analysis at User and Role level.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and related compliance requirements that impact SAP Security.
  • Knowledge of transaction auditing.
  • Ability to support internal and external audit teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and investigative skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for SAP security access and compliance for the organization in all SAP instances. You will work with the application owners, develop and support security priorities, create and maintain standards and procedures, and provide experience in the area of SAP and other non-SAP applications as they relate to the security of any SAP instance. Responsibilities

  • Manage security administration of SAP and non-SAP applications that are connecting to SAP instances, assisting in the design and build of security authorizations, ensure compliance to security policies and procedures, resolve access problems and security incidents.
  • Be responsible for security administration for SAP applications including S/4, MDG, Fiori, FICO, EWM, Solution Manager, BODS, BOBJ, BW, GRC, etc. Support enterprise portal security and other SAP JAVA related technologies.
  • Lead SAP security tasks across full lifecycle projects, from initial workshops and UAT to regression testing.
  • Define, implement, and maintain SAP security policies and procedures to support compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX), General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), etc. ensuring all processes meet requirements for a validated environment. Develop metrics and dashboards, reporting on the effectiveness of policies, procedures and controls for all SAP Security platforms.
