Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing role.
- Ability to communicate in English and Italian fluently to engage with clients in the region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience customer growth by delivering outstanding customer sales and achieving customer business and marketing objectives.
- Experience in stakeholder management, building relationships with end customers or agencies.
- Experience meeting quarterly business and product growth goals.
- Experience pitching and consulting customers to support annual digital marketing discussions and budgets.
- Ability to own an advertising or media sales portfolio in Italy, and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth.

The Mid-Market Sales (MMS) team is a critical growth engine for clients in GCS, designed to grow medium- and large-sized, fast-growing businesses in Italy. Through long-term relationship development, we’re dedicated to understanding clients' business goals by providing advertising solutions to drive business success.
Responsibilities
- Deliver against ambitious quarterly business and product growth goals.
- Own a portfolio of medium and large size businesses by thoroughly understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities for growth, managing risks and building multi-quarter plans for achievement.
- Consult with customers proactively to support annual digital marketing discussions and budgets.
- Drive customer growth by delivering outstanding customer business experience and achieving customer business and marketing objectives.
- Travel 20% of the time as required.
