Strategy and Operations Associate, Events and Engagement

Minimum qualifications:

  • 4 years of experience in program management, events management, and communications (e.g., content writing, presentations, etc.).
  • Experience working with C-suite executives, Senior Vice Presidents (SVPs), or other executive leaders.

  • Experience working on events and projects that require cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to work calmly with clear and structured problem solving thinking.

About the job

In this role, you will play a critical role in supporting the Commercial Leadership to operate their teams and business. You will lead internal events, communications, and engagement forums to support a high-performing work environment.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000-$170,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and program manage internal events such as organization-wide team forums, leadership onsites, and culture and community moments.
  • Develop communications, slides, and internal presentations in coordination with key stakeholders.
  • Define project goals, develop comprehensive cross-functional plans, track progress (e.g., planning, milestones, risks, issues, change control), and report on status, risks, and remediation plans to stakeholders.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Finance, Marketing Central Business Management, Planning, Operations, and Regional sales teams to ensure communication and collaboration.
