Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in a project/program management, consulting, or client facing role.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or other relevant advanced degree.
- Experience diagnosing inefficiencies/resolve ambiguous situations and translating issues into clear, data-backed strategic proposals and implementation roadmaps.
- Experience working with executive stakeholders, taking ownership of priorities and collaborating for rapid ideation and strategic refinement to accelerate outcomes.
- Experience managing programs with substantial financial impact within a multinational technology environment.
- Ability to synthesize operational dynamics into executive narratives (e.g., presentations, memos) that drive consensus and secure decisions from leadership.
- Ability to autonomously lead business integrations and change initiatives (e.g., establishing new operating models, defining global governance, and executing risk mitigation frameworks).

The gSOWS Strategy and Operations team is a critical driver of success for the Google Operations Center (GOC) and gBOSS organizations within gTech. We help define and execute the strategic goal, foster cross-functional collaboration, lead strategic projects and ensure operational excellence in a changing, global environment. Responsibilities
- Drive strategic programs and high-impact projects from concept to delivery. Proactively define objectives, scope, and roadmaps, demonstrating problem-solving and program management in navigating ambiguity.
- Develop and deliver data-driven narratives, insights, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership. Synthesize analyses and operational dynamics into clear, influential communications that inform key decisions.
- Build partnerships with stakeholders. Influence outcomes by driving consensus, navigating dependencies, and change initiatives aligned with strategic objectives.
- Employ analysis and strategic foresight to identify opportunities, diagnose issues, and formulate data-backed strategies for operational excellence and resource optimization. Act as a thought partner, balancing detailed analysis with a holistic view to align operations with GOC goals.
- Own operational programs and performance frameworks. Drive improvement through contributions to strategic planning, leading critical OKR life-cycle aspects, and supporting QBRs for strategic alignment and operational effectiveness.
