Apps Performance Specialist, Southeast Asia (Vietnamese)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in digital media, business, marketing, or product roles.
  • Experience in identifying product and customer strategy.
  • Ability to communicate in Vietnamese fluently in order to communicate in this customer-facing business role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with Southeast Asia markets, with knowledge of mobile apps or mobile ads business across casual gaming, eCommerce, Travel and Fintech verticals.
  • Knowledge of Gaming vertical, industry issues, and Google App Ads solutions across performance and measurement.
  • Knowledge of app and mobile marketing ecosystem including other mobile user acquisition platforms.

In this role, you will be committed about the unlocking the potential of the app ecosystem and seek to do so by helping app advertisers cultivate an install base of users that can motivate business outcomes for the business. You will seek to best align product conversations with key business needs. You will be the link between Ad products like App Campaigns and all of the new features being baked. You will also have knowledge on how clients define success in the app ecosystem and understand different measurement approaches used in the App space by attribution partners like Appsflyer, Adjust etc.Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Guide primary business efforts across all Google's App solutions for the accounts in Vietnam and Southeast Asia.
  • Partner with client facing teams to collect client requirements, provide guidance on app qualities, and apply technology and product knowledge to address customer's business and technology needs and to maximize business growth by ensuring adoption/usage of Google App Campaign products.
  • Advocate new app features and assist clients in the adoption of new products via upgrades and migrations to help them build success.
  • Build C-level relationships with client decision makers and their agency counterparts to build and carry out marketing strategies.
  • Use data analysis, technical expertise, and storytelling to craft engaging executive narratives that position our products as solutions to business priorities.
