Platforms Analytical Lead, Agency Platforms and Client Solutions

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, financial analysis, or data science. 3 years with an advanced degree.
  • Experience with SQL.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience performing marketing experiments, statistical analysis, and return on investment or financial modeling.
  • Experience with online advertising (Search, Display, Video/TV), web/app analytics (e.g., Google Analytics), or brand analysis techniques.
  • Experience building standard predictive models (e.g., linear and logistic regression, as well as clustering).
  • Experience in generative AI tools and applications for automating workflows and data analysis tasks.
  • Familiarity with brand and performance marketing and measurement solutions (e.g., MMM, MTA, incrementality, etc.)
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and distill them into actionable insights that are presented in a logical and compelling story.

As a Platforms Analytical Lead, you will help activate, measure and quantify the business impact of Google marketing platform, tech adoption and media buying recommendations against client business objectives. You will collaborate internally across cross-functional roles including programmatic account and media platforms executives, data transformation leads, product managers, and developing teams to identify best practices, drive activation, solve challenges, develop case studies, and provide critical feedback to improve solutions. You will work directly with clients and develop client relationships with key decision makers, including executive leaders in marketing strategy and analytics teams. You will navigate cross-functional teams, influence, motivate and change both internally and externally through collaboration.Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Support the growth of Google marketing platform through analysis of customer's data and platform utilization.
  • Leverage investigative approaches and measurement methods to produce business-focused insights and help customers understand the value of Google tech and advertising investments.
  • Test, experiment and learn agendas, share learnings across sectors, and implement best practices with cross-functional partners.
  • Develop forward thinking, data-driven recommendations that align with client business objectives.
  • Partner with programmatic business, Google marketing platform ad tech Sales, data measurement and analytics teams, product managers, and sales operations to develop scalable use cases and frameworks to verify the value of advanced usage and feature adoption.
