Account Manager, Large Customer Sales (English, Portuguese)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing role, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
  • Ability to communicate in Portuguese and English fluently as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions with local stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in managing a book of business, client stakeholders and business pipelines.
  • Experience in managing and optimizing through any of the Platforms: Google Ads, DV360, SA360, and proving business impact through GA360 or Campaign Manager.
  • Experience working cross-functionally, internally and externally, toward a strategic plan.
  • Experience in Performance driven clients (e.g., retail, finance, apps), and in managing apps performance campaigns.
  • Ability to manage a diverse account portfolio, with multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholders.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to drive and implement ideas in a changing environment.

We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a liaison with customers regarding product launches and advertising opportunities.
  • Provide campaign updates and optimization recommendations to ensure that advertisers are satisfied.
  • Develop forward-thinking, data-driven analysis, and recommendations that align with customer goals and quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to pitch to customers.
  • Manage customer training in all Google Ads-related tools.
  • Report on business growth figures internally and take ownership with the leader of the managed segment.
