The Sales Programs and GTM Acceleration is a thought partner for the GTM President and Regional sales leadership teams, responsible for developing and executing on strategic Sales initiatives and aspires to provide the best experience in the industry for customers, partners and sellers. The team is responsible for identifying new scalable business generating opportunities, gathering feedback from the field and market, and improving our ability to execute sales programs efficiently, improving both the field team and customer experience.

As a Manager of the Sales Programs and GTM Acceleration team, you will be interested in both Strategy and Execution, with primary focus on developing and delivering against a strategic roadmap for growing Google Cloud. You will be responsible for managing a team of high performers, who design and optimize sales programs, prepare commercial analysis to guide exec decisions, anticipate and manage reviews across regions that flow to the team, identify gaps and propose opportunities to scale business growth. You will succeed in a rapidly changing and dynamic environment. You will grow and lead the team in ambiguity, and to demonstrate complex problem-solving leadership. You will be an exceptional communicator with a bias to action, an agile and creative problem solver, and able to build robust partnerships across functions.Google Cloud accelerates every organization’s ability to digitally transform its business and industry. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $204,000-$287,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of individuals, set and communicate team priorities that support organizational goals.
  • Design, enhance and own operationalization of Sales programs.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for business acceleration and increasing cost efficiencies and Return on Investment (ROI) for Go-to-Market (GTM).
  • Provide commercial due-diligence and advice for the GTM processes while ensuring we improve speed, results and seller and customer experience.
