  • 11 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company.

  • Experience leading cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and delivering results with quantifiable impact.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with geographically dispersed teams and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of the consumer electronics market, user segments, and competitive landscape.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex strategies to executive audiences.

Product and Business Strategy Leaders bring together teams across Google’s functions to help products execute optimally. Our team pushes Google to scale at key points that refine our products and infrastructure by executing efficiently, bringing solid business sense and sound judgment, and working effectively across organizational lines.

Our roles often include components of strategy (e.g. analyzing and understanding new trends in the industry, building business plans), operations (e.g. running the cadence of organizations, connecting the operating lines between our functions), and communications. Our team partners with senior leadership to run important functions that cross-cut our existing organizations and deliver high impact projects. We help Engineers, PMs, UX, and all of our other functions to build amazing products that delight our users, and then get those products into their hands.

The Pixel Wearables and Ecosystem Business team is seeking an entrepreneurially minded individual with a blend of business strategy, category management, and program management expertise to optimize and scale Google's Pixel Wearables business globally. This role will specifically focus on managing the lifecycle and strategy for the Pixel Wearables and Ecosystem products category and defining and leading the strategy for key service offers to drive user acquisition, engagement, and loyalty.

In this role you will lead large, complex projects and serve as a subject matter expert for the Wearables and Ecosystem business. You will be responsible for developing insightful market analysis, guiding product and service strategy, and ensuring seamless execution in coordination with senior leaders and cross-functional teams. You will help shape some of Google's boldest ventures, seeing the big picture while effectively managing details.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $177,000-$257,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Lead product planning for Pixel Wearables and Ecosystem product lines, including profit and loss management, lifecycle planning, market analysis, and strategic positioning.
  • Define, develop, and lead the long-term strategy to drive product adoption, engagement, loyalty, and profitability across the portfolio.
  • Develop and implement programs and initiatives leveraging product and service offers, such as bundling, marketing campaigns, and in-device promotions.
  • Collaborate with finance and sales teams on pricing, commercial structures, and investment frameworks related to Wearables and service offers, while working cross-functionally with senior leadership to integrate offer strategies into the broader product and GTM plans.
  • Serve as a key contributor and thought leader in product launch activities for the portfolio, ensuring alignment across GTM, partnerships, marketing, and operations.
