Senior Supplier Relationship Enablement Manager, Procurement

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in management consulting, or project management from a public accounting firm or multi-national company.
  • Experience developing and implementing supplier programs and initiatives.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Advanced degree or certifications in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Experience in developing, implementing, and driving adoption of procurement-related programs.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Tableau).
  • Familiarity with supplier relationship management (SRM) programs and knowledge of industry-specific procurement regulations and standards.
  • Ability to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to procurement activities.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the implementation of supplier programs within procurement by creating roadmaps, timelines, and action plans for executing initiatives, such as third-party risk management, 360 supplier partnerships, and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) programs.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders (e.g., procurement teams, senior finance management, and cross-functional departments) to communicate the importance of Google Procurement Organization (GPO) supplier programs with the intent to foster support for program initiatives, drive impact, and work toward mutual goals.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop policies, guidelines, and procedures related to GPO supplier programs and ensure alignment with legal requirements, industry standards, and corporate values.
  • Research and implement best practices in supplier management within procurement to identify innovative approaches and industry trends to enhance program effectiveness.
