Group Product Manager, Personalized AI

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in product management, including experience with personalization.
- 5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in designing and scaling evaluation frameworks for non-deterministic AI systems, including the development of multi-dimensional metrics, automated rating systems, and high-fidelity human-in-the-loop pipelines.
- Experience driving iterative quality improvements, optimizing for response formatting and accuracy, and managing the various trade-offs of real-time artificial intelligence (AI) systems at scale.
- Understanding of frontier AI architectures, including advanced retrieval methods, modeling techniques, and the nuances of AI systems.
- Ability to translate AI research into highly stable, consumer-facing products for large global audiences.

- Oversee the development of systems that dynamically surface the most relevant information to ground AI responses while maintaining strict privacy and security standards.
- Define the strategy for persistent intelligence systems that allow the AI to learn from interactions over time and maintain a consistent, evolving understanding of the user.
- Ensure the personalization layer serves as a platform for future sophisticated AI behaviors, enabling them to act with a deep understanding of user preferences and constraints.
- Manage the critical trade-offs between AI quality and response speed, leading strategies to ensure high-quality personalized experiences without compromising speed.
- Lead the product experience for how users interact with and manage their personal intelligence, creating intuitive interfaces for users to view, refine, and curate their preferences.
