Industry Manager, Large Customer Sales (English)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with relationship building and business development with C-level executives.
  • Experience working with complex Google Ads and measurement solutions.
  • Experience with strategic marketing and understanding of digital marketing.
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills in front of large audiences.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent sales skills and growth mindset.

As an Industry Manager, you will be the driver of the growth and sales strategy. You will be brainstorming, developing and refining compelling, customized growth plans for your customers and delivering them with high quality. You will play a critical role in identifying the biggest strategic opportunities for Google and will be responsible for the success of multiple high-impact internal and external initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Drive and deliver a strong business strategy, manage the pipeline, actively promote and pitch Google Ads solutions.
  • Understand the competitive landscape, client products and key business challenges and opportunities that affect the client's growth.
  • Provide leadership, decision-making frameworks, analytic and measurement guidance and business judgment to drive projects and deliver business growth to customers.
  • Advocate digital media and act as a thought leader at industry conferences and workshops.
