Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent related practical experience.
  • 1 year of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., C, C++, or Python.).
  • Experience in camera 3A (auto white balance, auto exposure, auto focus) tuning and algorithm development.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
  • Experience in developing algorithms for image processing, computer vision, machine learning, computational photography, or color science.
  • Experience in developing Android mobile camera software including camera HAL, framework, applications, etc.
  • Experience in Image process pipeline tuning and developing relevant algorithms.
  • Interest in photography.

Responsibilities

  • Work on software development for Pixel Camera Auto White Balance and Color algorithms.
  • Develop, implement, and deploy auto white balance features aligning with emerging camera technologies.
  • Design and develop efficiently optimized auto white balance algorithms for mobile platform.
  • Collaborate with camera system software and hardware teams inside and outside for Pixel camera product development.
