Product and Sales Specialist, gTech, gReach Program for People with Disabilities (Japanese, English)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience working in roles which engage with external or internal stakeholders.
  • Experience with software applications such as Google Docs, and spreadsheets such as Google Sheets.
  • Ability to communicate in Japanese fluently to interact with internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in Google Workspace, such as Google mail, Document, Spreadsheet, Slide, Meet, etc.
  • Experience in project management, with ability to collaborate with a variety of teams which handles different objectives
  • Knowledge of online/offline advertising solutions and the media landscape
  • Understanding of a range of Google products, with the ability to coach team members on how to implement and optimize them
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently to interact with internal and external stakeholders.

The gReach Program is a 12 months paid upskilling program for industry professionals with disabilities where participants will receive on-the-job-training and work on a range of projects. The goal of the gReach program is to provide participants from underrepresented groups with the opportunity to grow their career as professionals

The gTech Ads Solutions Product and Sales Specialist is responsible for providing deep and specialized focus on emerging or complex ads products and support those products with optimization and analysis support for the Large Customer Sales (LCS) team. The team works closely with Product Operations Managers, Regional Product Specialists and Global Product Leads (for understanding the commercialization strategy) to build capability around supporting Google advertising performance products.

Responsibilities

  • Assist teams in expertise and support on Google Ads products to drive optimization and achieve client objectives.
  • Develop an understanding of Google Ads products and their application in various advertise strategies.
  • Collaborate with the gTech Ads Media Solutions team to provide insights and solutions for advertisers.
  • Contribute to the day-to-day operations of the Japan Sales team and support the achievement of strategic objectives.
  • Learn from experienced professionals and build your expertise in the field of online advertising.
