Account Manager, E-commerce, Large Customer Sales

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in digital advertising and performance marketing, and knowledge of the digital media and advertising ecosystem.
  • Ability to build and develop relationships with stakeholders of all levels, including customer and agency levels.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment, navigate through ambiguity, and work with minimal guidance.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to communicate with and serve Mandarin-speaking customers.
  • Excellent project management, organization, and investigative skills.

As an Account Manager, you'll provide advertising solutions to clients in the eCommerce industry. You will work closely with internal teams and external resources to develop Google's proposition in this dynamic industry and develop relationships with clients and agencies to grow client’s business.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with our customers in the e-commerce industry to unlock performance and brand marketing goals with Google solutions.
  • Collaborate across a broad range of teams to bring the best of Google advertising products to our customers.
  • Build expertise in customer business goals, Google AI solutions and e-commerce industry dynamics.
  • Be a trusted business partner for client marketing solutions, and optimize Google Ads in order to maximize results for advertisers.
  • Provide excellent customer service to Google's advertisers, identify, and solve client problems proactively and creatively.
