  • Experience partnering with clients on technical products (e.g., pitching solutions, consulting, project management, implementation, demonstrating products, or technical sales).
  • Experience managing complex projects with stakeholders across multiple functions.
  • Ability to structure a storyline and build presentation decks/documents to support their position.
  • Excellent problem-solving and tactical thinking skills with the ability to lead complex operational and tactical initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills.

The Go-to-Market Operations (GTM) is a global team that serves as the strategy, operations, and product commercialization partner to GBO. The team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business delivers strategic growth and operates effectively.

Global Solutions is the link between Google products and business. Your focus is to help turn innovation into complete, packaged tools that allow our customers to get the most that they need from our products. As part of the Global Solutions team, you will help to ensure that Google has adopted the right strategy for our products.Global Product Solutions

In this role, you will be responsible for setting go-to-market strategy, shaping priorities and resources to accelerate business growth, and commercializing the next generation of Ads products (from representing the customer to advocating for product requirements to ensuring teams are equipped to drive customer growth, product adoption, and business health at scale). You will be building go-to-market infrastructure from tooling to enhancing Global Business Organization business skills to ensure flawless execution and operations against desired business outcomes and priorities.

You will be responsible for leading cross-team strategies between Product Management, regional Go-To-Market and in-country Specialist teams, and other Global Product Solutions (GPS) teams. You will work in collaboration with our partners in-region to understand the needs of our customers and account teams.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000-$172,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Identify and align key opportunities for Commerce retail across brand and direct response ads as well as retail organic experiences through customer and product knowledge, and ability to translate data/insights into actionable strategies.
  • Collaborate and influence across GPS, sales, product, and marketing executives to align and deliver on a core strategy.
  • Develop deep understanding of retail customer needs and the competitive landscape to influence product strategy and go-to-market plans.
  • Translate product plans and strategy into a market facing narrative.
  • Promote alignment with Google values across the organization.
