Display and Video 360 Specialist, Google Customer Solutions

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions, implementing and measuring digital advertising campaigns, and providing client solutions.
  • 4 years of experience in a client-facing role working with partners across multiple levels.
  • Experience with digital marketing products and digital advertising technology enablement, troubleshooting, or implementation.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience within an agency in digital and traditional/offline media, and a clear understanding of the media agency landscape.
  • Knowledge of Google Ads and Google Marketing Platform solutions, particularly display and video.
  • Ability to demonstrate measurable impact of campaign strategy and digital media optimization toward business goals.
  • Excellent organizational, production, and project management skills, and the ability to execute on multiple projects simultaneously in an organized fashion.
  • Effective analytical skills with the ability to see granular and big picture issues.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $102,000-$150,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Develop and leverage strong knowledge of DV360 to provide the customer or agency with DV360 media campaign solutions and proposals focused on maximizing access to relevant inventory and business agreement types. Identify and capture unaddressed DV360 potential for our customers, and play a leading role on RFPs, inventory conversations, briefs, and agreement discussions.
  • Work closely with Google Ads and SA360 teams to ensure alignment with customer goals and plans.
  • Ensure high quality campaign performance, and leverage ad-serving reporting and insights to enable future business and in the moment inventory business opportunities.
  • Introduce and drive new or advanced optimization and campaign management approaches on DV360.
  • Manage account growth through activating campaign solutions, developing campaign strategy, and monitoring and optimizing for spend and performance to meet and exceed customer marketing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
