Global Employee Health Analyst

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Math, Quantitative Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience working in data analytics, consulting, data science, engineering, or a technical operations role.
  • 6 years of experience in statistical problem solving and analyzing data sets using SQL or comparable coding language (e.g., Python, R, Java, C++).

Preferred qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience working in an organization and in a multinational company.
  • 3 years of experience preparing and delivering technical presentations to executive leadership.
  • Experience in scripting, statistical analysis (e.g., Python, R, Stata, SPSS, SAS), developing and managing metrics, and evaluating programs/products.
  • Experience with ambiguity and leadership through influence.
  • Experience working with teams of stakeholders across Google to drive employee health projects.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $134,000-$198,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Work cross-functionally with program managers, clinicians, and the Chief Medical Officer to understand, implement, and deploy analytics solutions, and support insights into the health of Google’s population and opportunities for action.
  • Leverage claims and program data to track the health of the population.
  • Monitor vendor performance against performance guarantees and key performance indicators.
  • Identify gaps in process and outcomes to support continuous program improvement.
  • Partner with team members to support data-driven strategy development, program implementation, and long-term data management.
