Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience with business and relationship management in the technology industry in a Software as a Service (SaaS) or cloud environment.
- Experience managing internal and client-facing projects, and working with engineering teams, sales, and partners.
- Ability to speak English, Portuguese and Spanish fluently in order to communicate in this customer-facing sales role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience promoting productivity software solutions.
- Experience executing email campaigns through marketing automation and CRM tools.
- Experience with and passion for Google Workspace and Google Cloud solutions.
- Experience translating analysis and insights into business plans.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and varying deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.

In this role, you will bring Google's portfolio into Small and Medium Business (SMB) companies around the world. You will help to ensure that customers get a tailored experience, from initial contact to full on-boarding with Google Workspace. You will also work with Google's SMB Account Management team to ensure that existing customers are optimizing Google’s suite of products.

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of existing Google Workspace customers to maintain and grow their existing business.
- Work with reseller partners to generate business opportunities within their customer base.
- Identify opportunities to advocate for other products (e.g. Google Cloud Platform).
- Share customer feedback with Product and Marketing to improve the overall customer experience.
