About the job

As an Influencer Marketing Sales and Media Specialist, you will drive the activation of our scalable YouTube Influencer Marketing Program across the region. Your deep understanding of YouTube's ad products will enable you to effectively manage multiple projects for diverse clients and countries, supporting our Sales teams in positioning and growing this innovative program. Leveraging your online video expertise and passion for helping clients achieve their business goals, you will play a pivotal role in driving the commercialization of our Programs and Packages within the Spanish-speaking Latin American market.

In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally, position our offerings, identify commercial opportunities, track progress of the program, and support the implementation of each project activation from end to end. Your commercial acumen will be instrumental in expanding and enhancing our YouTube Influencer Marketing offering across Spanish-speaking Latin America.

We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, activate and support the development of Influencer Marketing scaled solutions for multiple clients/industries and key seasonalities, to help drive YouTube growth in Spanish-speaking Latin America.
  • Lead Sales teams in our scaled Influencer Marketing Program activation, and act as the main bridge between Sales teams and our partner agencies for each project activation.
  • Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Product Specialists, YouTube Content Partnerships) for anything related to Influencer Marketing projects. 
  • Partner with Sales teams to lead conversations with external stakeholders (e.g., clients, agencies, partners) to drive our Influencer Marketing scalable program across the region. Develop internal communications, external narratives, and pitch decks as needed to support Sales teams.
  • Document feedback, learnings, and report back the business impact of influencer marketing strategies activation in LatAm.
