  • 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.

In this role, you will leverage communication and technical expertise to provide solutions and deliver results across diverse projects. You will have experience of delivering solutions, with the ability to manage engaging priorities and execute multiple tasks in a fluid environment. You will apply technical acumen to troubleshoot complex issues, while communicating solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences. This role requires excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills, with attention to detail throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, you will bring experience in project or program management within the technology or media sectors, using the knowledge of the Turkish YouTube creator and partner landscape to support initiatives and enhance user engagement. Responsibilities

  • Deliver operational support to YouTube partners through email communication. Consult with cross-functional teams to optimize YouTube products and services, ensuring partner satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Partner Managers and Partner Technology Managers to develop and execute partner-centric business plans and growth strategies.
  • Drive, measure, and analyze partner performance, identifying opportunities for operational workflow optimization and process improvement.
  • Utilize key metrics to assess data through both quantitative and qualitative analysis, translating findings into insights.
  • Contribute to the scalability of the Partner Operations team by developing solutions, driving efficiency gains, and conducting root cause analysis.
