Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience with UX and product design.
- Experience designing across multiple platforms, and working with technical/design teams to create user flows, wireframes, and building user interface mockups and prototypes.
- Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions).
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience working with content strategy, and ability to write UI strings aligned with content principles.
- Experience leading products from concept to launch and incorporating user research findings into product design.
- Ability to lead and ideate products from inception and improve features within a user-centered design process.
- Excellent communication, presentation, people management, and problem solving skills, with the ability to build relationships and create alignment with stakeholders and leadership.

As an Interaction Designer, you’ll rely on user-centered design methods to craft industry-leading user experiences—from concept to execution. Responsibilities
- Work with cross-functional teams to explore opportunities, solve issues, and advocate on behalf of the users.
- Develop models, mockups, and prototypes to communicate, test, and evolve design ideas and collaborate with engineering partners to ensure implementation.
- Manage ambiguity, work autonomously, and multi-task in a fluid environment.
- Craft design outlooks with design rationales to align stakeholders and influence design decisions in regular design reviews.
- Work in a platform/tool for app and game developers that enables them to publish and monitor their app’s performance.
