Account Executive, New Business Sales (English)

About the job

In this role, you will be responsible for defining the commercial strategy, managing the entire agreement life-cycle, and ensuring the long-term success of newly-partnered businesses with Google. Your expertise will be leveraged to consult clients on optimizing their domestic and export online marketing and business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full business cycle, from targeted prospecting to agreements discussion and closure.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of high-potential clients, involving cross-functional collaboration with our internal Sales Development and Onboarding teams.
  • Secure business agreements through acquisition and consulting, utilizing expert-level outbound prospecting, consultative selling, stakeholder education, persuasive pitching, and relationship orchestration.
  • Provide specialist consultation to clients, helping them strategically utilize the full spectrum of Google's marketing solutions (e.g., YouTube, Google Search and Performance Max, Display, etc.) to achieve sustainable, outsized performance for their affiliate/publisher business model.
  • Own the critical six-month post-closure relationship management phase following acquisition, ensuring a seamless transition and long-term client success alongside our onboarding partners, the Customer Success (CS) team.
