- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries.
- Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
- Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience managing end-to-end partnerships.
- Experience working autonomously in a dynamic, ever-changing, and collaborative environment.
- Ability to identify potential business opportunities, assess financial/business benefit, structure agreements, and discuss terms with partners.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.

Google's line of products and services to our clients never stops growing. The Partnerships Development team is responsible for seeking and exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Equipped with your business acumen and extensive product knowledge, you are right on the front line of interacting with our partners, and helping them find ways to grow using Google's newest product offerings. Your knowledge of relevant verticals and relationships with key industry players will help shape our great applications and content for products such as YouTube, Google TV and Commerce.In this role, you will be a part of the Chrome and Web Partnerships team, responsible for growing chrome browser footprint and increasing the utilization and usefulness of chrome browser and the web via Artificial Intelligence (AI), product and growth partnerships. You will advance Chrome and Google goals related to AI advancement, browser growth and web usage expansion - across both consumer and enterprise and through chrome which is a cornerstone of Google's success, delivering a seamless user experience for many users on Chrome and the users on Chromium across browsers as well. This team is vital to delivering on Chrome's priorities; you’ll play a key role in driving value to Chrome as a product and its end users, leading one of the most essential initiatives - AI partnerships. As there is increased competition in the browser market and quickly evolving AI industry make it critical to continue investing in Chrome's capabilities and partnerships to ensure continued user and developer growth and AI success.
Responsibilities
- Develop cross-product area partner initiatives and build go-to-market strategies to meet broader Google goals across changing industries.
- Ideate and drive agreements with potential partners and renewals/expansions for existing partners and build consensus with internal and external executives.
- Serve as the relationship manager for our current existing agreements. Help realize and optimize value from these partnerships while building effective long-term relationships.
- Engage with several internal cross-functional teams across multiple geographies to incubate, launch, improve, and scale new features and user experiences across markets and functional areas.
- Drive, shape and execute chrome AI and product partnerships end-to-end, from initial strategy through close/launch
