Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in management consulting, value engineering, or account management.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or advanced degree.
- Experience managing programs within a global business organization.
- Experience at a consulting firm or equivalent strategy.
- Understanding of the AI landscape and its application in enterprise business transformation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to "command the room" with C-suite executives and internal stakeholders alike.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities
- Act as the central lead for 100+ accounts, ensuring engagement through value creation, transformation labs, and AI proof-of-concepts.
- Define and deliver program benefits, including accelerated engineering support and dedicated executive sponsorship to differentiate marquee assets.
- Design and lead "value architect" training to transition key account executives from feature-promoting to outcome-focused, AI-driven digital transformation.
- Collaborate with firms to harmonize value-partnering motions and ensure a unified experience for program accounts.
- Lead the scaling of AI capabilities across the cohort while maintaining oversight of resource allocation and execution milestones.
