As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.
In this role, you will be a vital part of the team, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the GenAI Ecosystem team through diligent execution, proactive problem-solving, and clear communication. Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the Gemini release process. Monitor and advance progress through downstream approvals and release processes. Maintain and enforce access control for GenAI assets.
- Implement technical automation or process improvements to enhance release processes and strengthen the reliability of release systems.
- Manage communication with internal partners and stakeholders regarding release status. Facilitate workflows across teams to ensure smooth process execution.
- Develop and maintain process documentation. Create and deliver process training. Contribute to continuous process improvement.
- Manage communication channels and information distribution. Contribute to the identification and resolution of system issues.
