Customer Experience Lead

  • Understanding of public sector customer requirements and general understanding of Cloud products and solutions.
  • Ability to manage and deliver visibility communication both verbally and in writing.

About the job

As a lead for the GPS executive briefing program, you will collaborate with executive leadership and account teams to design and curate Executive’s interaction with customers. You will craft and deliver compelling executive engagement that will inspire, engage, and educate enterprise executives and decision makers to drive business objectives, while providing oversight of the briefing center and program to ensure customer experiences.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$234,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Create content to consult, manage and facilitate executive briefing experiences for C-level and executive decision-makers from enterprise level customers.
  • Work in partnership with internal cross-functional teams.
  • Lead the day-to-day content creation and program management of the customer experience center in Reston, including overseeing vendors and managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships to ensure an impactful program.
  • Capture new business opportunities discussed in the briefings to aid reps in follow up and pipeline curation.
  • Improve the briefing program by identifying areas of opportunity, including developing and piloting new customer engagement offerings, working with marketing and comms on assets, partnering with local stakeholders to ensure program (briefings, demos, content, amenities) is serving market needs, and enabling sellers to succeed with the program.
